Introduction
The Department of Management cultivates the talented individuals capable of working in a variety of professions based on the majors education curriculum encompassing the courses in personnel management, marketing, financial management, production management, and accounting. The department also emphasizes in enhancing the language skills and the information technology to meet the needs of the contemporary society. To help the graduates of the majors program, we prepare them for careers and employment through job search sessions and mock testing program complementing the majors curriculum.

The department provides the majors curriculum aimed at cultivating the enterprising and imaginative managerial professionals capable of actively responding to the rapidly changing business and managerial environment. The department puts its effort in fostering the successful business managers as well as the global leaders in the management world.
Careers
Our graduates find diverse careers in personnel management, marketing, financial and accounting areas with diverse professions including industry, financial institutions, and government service organizations. and accounting firms. Appropriately, they can use their managerial expertise and practical training for certified professionals as certified accountants, tax specialists, stock analysts, stock investment consultants, futures traders, monetary and capital asset managers, managerial directors, labor lawyers, market survey and analysts. Upon satisfying the qualification requirements, the graduates also earn the teachers certificates for teaching at secondary schools.
