Tuition

  • Pursuant to Article 37~39 of School rules, for students whose admission is approved should register through submission of required document and tuition payment including admission fee within the designated period. If you do not go through these process within the designated period without any reason, your admission approval may be cancelled. For currently enrolled students, you should enroll within the given period every semester through the prescribed procedure.

Period for Tuition payment

  • Spring semester : about mid-February every year
  • Fall semester : about mid- August every year

Payment procedure

Payment procedure
Announcement for registration & printout of tuition bill through online Division of Finance, individually print out.
Application for tuituion payment in installment Students apply for it.
Online printout of tuition bill for payment in installment Students print it out.
Tuition payment Students pay at a designated bank.

Tuition for students on leave of absence

  • When students took a leave of absence after paying tuition and are going to return to school later, they don't need to pay difference from tuition increase, but they have to register at the Division of finance. Confirm 'Registration completion' by visiting the website of Portal System and find Tuition Management>Printout of tuition bill (individual)

How to deal with students who do not pay tuition bill

  • For students admitted as freshmen : Their admission may be cancelled.
  • For currently enrolled students : Pursuant to Article 46 (3) of the School rules, they may be disenrolled.

Where to pay tuition

  • Nonghyup Bank, affiliated agricultural · livestock cooperatives Bank , the whole business branch of Jeju Bank
  • But, if there is change in the amount of tuition upon request, payment shoud be made at Nonghyup Bank or Agricultural · livestock Cooperatives Bank.
    ※ Payment by card or through internet banking is not available.

Reissuance of tuition bill

  • Log on to the website of Portal System by entering user ID, password and find Tuition Management section-> Printout of tuition bill (individual)
  • Re-issue at the designated banks (by presenting your student number)
  • For returning students : For students who took a leave of absence without paying tuition at the time, they can log on to the website of Portal System by entering user ID and password from the next day when thier returning to school is aproved →find 'Tuition Management' section→ Printout of tuition bill (individual)

Payment in installment

  • According to Article 5 of the School Regulation on tuition, students should pay the specified tuition within the registration period every semester. But , when among currently enrolled students , they can not afford to pay it at once because of unavoidable reasons including financial difficulty, they can pay it in installment.

Application for payment in installment

  • How to apply : Log on to the website of Portal System → Tuition Management → Application for payment in installement
  • Application period : within the application period for payment in installment every semester

Period for tuition payment

  • Pay it within the period for payment in installment after printout of the bill
  • Printout of the bill : For currently enrolled students, log on to the website of Portal System → Tuition Management → Printout of tuition bill (individual)

Return of tuition

  • According to Article 40 ot the School rules ( Return of tuition)

Criteria for Tuition Return

Criteria for Tuition Return
Date when reason for tuition return occurs The amount of returned money
by the preceding day of first day of the semester (For freshmen, the first day indicates their admission date.) The total amount of paid tuition
From the geginning of the semester to the 30th day 5/6 of the amount of tuition remaining after substracting the admission fee
From the 31st day to the 60th day of the semester 2/3 of the amount of tuition remaining after substracting the admission fee
From 61st day to the 90th day of the semester 1/2 of the amount of tuition remaining after substracting the admisson fee
the 91st day of the semseter or later No return

 

※ For students who pay tuition in installment and choose to discontinue their studies voluntarily, any applicable refund will be calcuated based on the entire tution for the semester.

Procedure for tuition return

  • For students seeking tuition refund for the above-mentioned reasons, you should complete a "Written Application for Tuition Return form" ( This form can be obtained at the Divition of Finance) and submit it with the required documents below to the Division of Finance. (Submitting application by fax is available with the Fax number provided as 064)702-5674)
    ① A copy of bankbook
    ② A copy of identification card
    ※ Vist the the website of the university and find Ara Square>Materials> Post No. 1 of "Written application for tuition return form"
