School Precepts
Definitions
Truth is the genuine principle or reason that represents common laws or facts recognized at all times and places and by all people. Justice is the truthful reason that implies interpersonally sincere relation or fair reason to sustain the constituent society. And Creation is to make new and imaginative works that aim to offer cultural and material value.
Philosophical meaning
In a philosophical sense, we interpreted our school precepts of truth, justice and creation as the universal truths comprehended through studying humanity, society and nature; playing a leading role in realizing justice based on truth; and creating new values for the advancement of the individual, the nation and the human race.
Educational meaning
Educationally, the school precepts of truth, justice and creation refer to the universal understanding of knowledge about humans and the world, realizing individual and societal freedom and equality and establishing future-oriented values through critique and accommodation of tradition.
Goal of Education
Our university aims to research, teach, and develop profound theories and their applications in academic areas required for the development of the nation and human societies. It also aims to foster capable individuals with creativity and a cooperative spirit, who possess leadership qualities to meet the demands of the new era.
