Duration for exchange studies

• Regular semesters : There is no limitation for studying at domestic universities but for studying at foreign universities, students are allowed maximum of two semesters per one university.
• Seasonal sessions : There is no limitation for studying both at domestic and foreign universities.

Period for applying for exchange studies

• The application schedule for each college will be posted on the exchange study notice board on the website.

Credit acquisition

• Regular semesters : A maximum of 18 credits are recognized.
• Seasonal semesters : A maximum of 6 credits can be regcognized.
• You are subject to rules and related regulations of your home university.
• Matters regarding determination of course completion, duration for course completion, and grading are subject to separate criteria.
• Credit recognition procedure: Deliberation process by the department (division) of students will determine your course completion and recognize your credits as earned credits from curriculum of your home university ( A maximum of half of graduation credits can be recognized), But for the credits from liberal arts, they are only recognized as liberal arts credits.)

• A recommendation from your academic advisor → Department head or Faculty head → College dean or Graduate school president → President

    A written application for studying at other universities, recommendation from your academic advisor, department head, or faculty head, and a copy of academic transcript, etc.

Tuition payment

• Regular semester : pay tuition fees to your home university
• Seasonal session : pay tuition fees to the university you are studying at through exchange program
