- Number of Recruits: Approximately 50
- Eligibility: Residents of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province who meet the following criteria and have qualification in the maritime and fisheries sector
① Managers in maritime and fisheries industry
② Successors to fishing businesses
③ Full-time fishermen or diving fishermen
④ Those who are recognized as competent fishing village leaders
⑤ Those who work in maritime and fisheries organizations and institutions
⑥ Others who contribute to the development of the maritime and fisheries industry or have an interest in maritime affairs and fisheries
- Required Documents:
① 1 copy of the application form (in the designated format by the graduate school with two 3X4 photos)
② 1 copy of personal information agreement form
③ 1 copy of proof of employment and certificate of career (for relevant person only)

Curriculum Information
- Goal of Program: Nurturing future leaders to lead the maritime and fisheries industry
- Class Schedule: Approximately 120 hours over 30 weeks (2 classes per day)
- Class Hour: Every Friday from 15:00 to 18:10
- Key Topics: Specialized courses on maritime and fisheries policy and relevant matters, Marketing, Financial management and leadership, Social humanities, Health management, etc.
- Field Study: Practical training (visits to maritime and fisheries-related organizations in Jeju), Domestic maritime culture site visits (2 nights and 3 days), Foreign advanced region visits (3 nights and 4 days), Workshops with the presentation of final projects (at the end of spring and fall semesters)
