- Division of Career Development provides systematic career guidance and operates various employment-related programs to enhance students' employment competencies, thereby supporting them in achieving successful employment.
- Dedicated career consultants are assigned to each college and department to offer counseling for students' career planning and job preparation, and a wide range of career and employment support programs and courses are also available.

- Implementation of national exam examinee support programs (Recommendation of local talents for public servants and the Talent Training Center)
