The College of Social Sciences was established on the elementary proposition of comprehending the contemporary normative values through empiricism. The college encourages students to obtain a logical and systematic perspective as well as practical skills so that they can grow to be individuals who will serve as the driving force of the nation and society.

In lieu of localization and internationalization trends, the college offers students an opportunity to study the overall theories and practices of the administrative system and laws related to local autonomy, while equipping them with a sense of internationalism.
