볼링팀, 전국대회서 5인조 단체전 우승
University’s Bowling Team Wins the National Championship

The university’s 5-person bowling team took part in the 39th Korea Bowling Association’s National Bowling Championship held in Gumi, Gyeongsangbuk-do from May 22 to 28 and won 4818 points in the team event games in the university league for men. The team was awarded with gold medals.

With our university ranking the top, the 2nd place was won by Korea National Sport University (KNSU) team A scoring 4781 points, followed by KNSU team B scoring 4558 points.

The JNU bowling team also ranked top in last year’s two-player team event in the 24th Korea Bowling Association’s Men’s University League. Not surprisingly, the team was the champion of bowling in the individual event of the 100th National Sports Festival of 2019.
