목포해양대와 ‘제2회 더 Dream Ocean 네트워크’ 개최
Youth idea sharing contest with Mokpo National Maritime University scheduled

Jeju National University will hold a contest for sharing ideas on starting fisheries businesses, “The Dream Ocean Network”, jointly with Mokpo National Maritime University.

The two national universities prepared the contest based on the institutional cooperative system for educating talented individuals in the maritime and fisheries fields.

Any undergraduate or postgraduate students of the two universities are eligible to apply. The entries should be made via email (jnugo@jejunu.ac.kr) by July 16.

The juries who are experts from inside and outside the schools will check the plausibility of the ideas and decide on the winners after presentations.

The first prize winner will receive the plaque given by the president of Jeju National University, along with the prize money. The second prize winner and the encouragement prize winner will be awarded the plaque given by the head of the National University Nurturing Project, and also with the prize money.

The winning ideas will be promoted online through posters and virtual reality technologies to be introduced to local community and university members.
