Agreement signed between Arts & Design College and urban regeneration center Joint efforts agreed for educational support and cultural programs

Jeju National University’s College of Arts & Design and Seogwipo City’s Jungang-dong Urban Regeneration Support Center signed an agreement on cooperation on Friday (June 25).

Under the agreement, the two institutes will work together to improve the educational environment and vitalize cultural programs.

Specifically, a network will be established for the promotion and operation of the Cultural Planning School project.

The two parties will also develop measures to link individual projects of JNU College of Arts & Design to the urban regeneration projects in Jungagng-dong, Seogwipo City.

The urban regeneration support center plans to re-design Seogwipo’s old downtown area of Jungang-dong as a center of urban regeneration by 2024.
