Cooperation for talent incubation agreed with Korea Saemaul Undong Center

Jeju National University and Korea Saemaul Undong Center met on Monday (Aug. 9) at the university to sign a memorandum of understanding for the national and regional advancement and talent incubation.

Under the agreement, the two parties will cooperate for the development of potential growth engines and the realization of carbon neutrality.

The agreement will also encourage the members of the university to participate in the different Saemaul campaigns in Korea and overseas, while serving as the ground for supporting Saemaul clubs for undergraduates.

The signing ceremony was attended by Song Seok-eon, the president of Jeju National University, as well as the university’s other high-level officials. Korea Saemaul Undong Center was represented by Yum Hong Chul, the president of the center, along with the heads of the Jeju local branch.
