최재철 교수가 전하는 ‘무더위, 여름 뇌졸중의 경고’
JNU’s neurology specialist to be on EBS’s lecture series

Choi Jay Chul, a professor in the Department of Neurology at Jeju National University Hospital, will give a lecture on Friday (Aug. 13) on the nation’s well-known TV show, “An Excellent Doctor”.

During the show, Choi will discuss the warning signals of strokes resulting from scorching heat in the summer, addressing its causes and treatment.

“An Excellent Doctor” is produced and broadcast by Korea Educational Broadcasting System (EBS), featuring the nation’s top medical specialists. The program introduces the viewers to the general information about different diseases so as to help the public better manage their health conditions.

Neurologist Choi also serves as the director of Jeju National University’s Medical Science Institute.
