14 professors retire

Jeju National University honored 12 retiring faculty members at a ceremony held in the administrative conference hall earlier today (Aug. 31).

The retirees include Kim Sung-bong (Japanese Language & Literature), Ahn Jae-cheol (Chinese Language & Literature), lee Yong-wan (International Trade), Yang Gil-hyun (Ethics Education), Ko Youn-hee (Mathematics Education), Kang Dong-shik (Physics Education), Lee Joon-baek (Earth & Marine Sciences), Kim Doocheol (Pysics), Song Seok-zun (Mathematics), Hyun Dong Geul (Elementary Science Education), Cho Chino (Elementary Music Education), Kim Yong-hwan (Fine Arts), Oh Sang-hoon (Tourism Convergence), and Oh Chang-soo (Law).

The retirees were honored with various awards in recognition of their years of service.
