Jeju National University’s Faculty of Liberal Education held a workshop on the network-type teaching methods on Sunday (Sept. 12).

The workshop was organized as the 5th round of the faculty’s Nuri Bridge education program, under the theme of “Using facilitation as means of an emotional consensus in local meetings and debates”.

Nuri Bridge is a program which aims to help the students in the university’s educational departments offer their teaching talent for local community members.

The latest workshop was prepared at the request of the Youth Policy Office of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.

The workshop was completed by 17 people, including the Jeju Youth Roundtable members and Jeju National University students.

Those who completed the program will be allowed to attend the retraining course at the end of this year so that they can participate in the faculty’s programs as “table facilitators”.

The faculty will select some of the participants in its retraining program to join the university’s Preliminary College Program.
