BGF Retail briefs on employment procedures and provides mentoring support

Jeju National University’s Career Development Center invited the human resources team from BGF Retail for a briefing session on their employment procedures.

Early on Monday (Sept. 27), the human resources team had a virtual meeting with the students of Jeju National University, who are seeking an opportunity to be employed by the Korean convenience store chain in the second half of 2021.

The company officials provided the new employee candidates with the information about the key elements required from the applicants and the tasks given to the newly employed members.

The student participants were also allowed to ask questions directly of the human resources officials for mentoring support.
