LINC+사업단, 제1회 드론클래쉬 캠퍼스리그에서 3위 입상
JNU LINC+ Center ranked 3rd in 1st Drone Clash Campus League

Jeju National University’s Leaders in Industry-Academy Cooperation (LINC+) Center was recently ranked 3rd in the 1st Drone Clash Campus League, hosted by the Korea University Drone Sports Association.

Drone clash is a game of competing for controlling and making drones, where the contenders make entry with self-produced drones and fight within a special cage. The winner is announced based on the aggregated points of the participants.

Since last year, Jeju National University’s LINC+ Center has fostered drone specialists, in preparation for the 4th Industrial Revolution. In August, 30 people were trained by the center to become drone controllers.

The center also runs an on-campus club named “4IR”, which stands for the 4th Industrial Revolution. The club members have made talent contribution to the local community by teaching elementary school students how to operate basic sensors and fly drones.
