GTEP사업단, 부산국제수산EXPO서 협력업체 지원
Trading support from GETP members provided for fisheries businesses

Jeju National University’s Glocal Trade Expert Incubating Program (JNU-GTEP) attended the Busan International Seafood & Fisheries Expo (BISFE) 2021, held on Nov. 3-5 at Busan Exhibition & Convention Center.

BISFE 2021 was joined by 420 businesses from 20 countries, introducing the companies’ seafood and fisheries products and fisheries devices. During the event, buyers were invited for business consultation meetings, as well as a live commerce show.

JNU-GTEP provided support on the offline promotion and the business consultative meetings of its partner company named Trinity Co., Ltd.

Park Mi-seon, a third-year student in the Department of International Trade, joined as a GTEP staff member. Park said the field activity was valuable as it gave her a chance to gain field-based experiences while contributing to increasing the sales of the partner company.

JNU-GTEP promotes the products of its partner businesses and educate its promising young trade experts, funded by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. JNU-GTEP members engage in the entire event process on the site, helping with the business consultation meetings and the operation of promotional booths.
