제주2어린이급식관리지원센터, ‘ALL바른 체크리스트 챌린지’ 특화사업 실시
Specialized project on dietary checklist for kids launched

The 2nd Center for Children’s Foodservice Management of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province ran a specialized project for children’s dietary improvement from April to October.

The center, operated by Jeju National University, distributed the checklist to the seven children’s food service stations that are registered with the center.

The project was designed to encourage children’s food providers to stay vigilant about the sanitary conditions at local day care centers

For this purpose, the food providers were given a monthly checklist to keep the centers sanitized. To call for an active participation, the university also presented cooking utensils to exemplary food providers.
