‘창업의 꿈을 꾸다’ TBM 캠프 개최
Tech business modeling camp held for tech and engineering majors

Jeju National University’s Innovation Center for Engineering Education held the 2021 Tech Business Modeling (TBM), an educational camp sponsored by Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.

The TBM camp was held under the theme of how to commercialize the ideas proposals and open new businesses.

During the event, the participants were taught to understand the commercializing process of technologies and the ecology of startups.

Specifically, they learned about the growth of startups, development of ideas, organization of business proposals, review of marketability, creation of business models, and formulation of pitching strategies.

Before the assessment of the performance outcomes, the students gave mock briefings to attract investigation The performance outcomes were assessed for the first and the second prizes. The Brainer team won the first prize by making a business proposal on the real-time care service for epilepsy patients. The Birdhouse team was awarded the second prize for the business proposal on the curtain beam membership service.
