교육혁신본부, 참여 몰입도 제고 학습도구 제작 워크숍 Liberal education faculty holds workshop on creating learning tools
Jeju National University’s Faculty of Liberal Arts held the Nuri Bridge Re-Design Course, a learning tool production workshop, at the Jeju Youth Center on Saturday (Dec. 11).
The university’s Nuri Bridge refers to a local talent donation program led by teacher trainees. The Nuri Bridge Re-Design Course focused on producing learning tools that can be used in actual classes, under the theme of “What SPOTs will be more immersive for new students in the prep college scheduled for January 2022?”
The course featured practicing online/offline SPOT techniques, establishing the orientation by exploring the characteristics of successful SPOTs, selecting items by generating ideas, and developing action plans and prototypes. During the course, three action plans and two prototypes have been developed, which will be used as tools for the prep college program after receiving feedback from experts.
A student who completed the course said the participants from different age groups collaborated through coordinating opinions. Another participant expressed that the course was satisfactory because it attempted educating the students on SPOT tools online. The actual production of prototypes and action plans also gained a high appraisal from the participants.
Over the past three years, 142 students completed Jeju National University’s Nuri Bridge program. The latest Re-Design course was offered for three of those who had previously completed the Nuri Bridge program. Some of the participants will be joining in the prep college for the 2022 academic year as mentors for new students. The recently developed learning tools are slated to be used in the process. |
