Photo exhibition on Jeju people in Osaka scheduled

Jeju National University’s Center for Jejuans in Japan will hold a photo exhibition on Jeju-based residents in Osaka, Japan.

The exhibition will take place from Dec. 15 to 29 on the first floor of the university’s museum, displaying the works showing the daily lives of Jeju people in Tsuruhashi, a district dubbed “Jeju within Japan”.

The photos were taken and collected for six years from 2002 and 20008 by Ishikawa Ikuko, a government employee residing in the city of Oita in Kyushu.
