64 passed junior high and nutrition teachers' employment tests

Jeju National University produced a total of 64 junior high and nutrition teachers for employment in year 2014.

The JNU's figure of 64 passing the tests represents the most in the last six years of the nationwide testing.

From year 2009 through 2013, JNU had passes of 44, 46, 27, 40 and 53, respectively.

Among the 64, there were △8 in Korean language education △5 in English education △5 in general social science △1 in geography education △4 in ethics education △20 in mathematics education △6 in physics education △3 in biology education △2 in computer education △3 in graduate education △4 in physical education △3 in food and nutrition.

Dean Kang Dong Shik commented that this year's success in the teachers employment tests resulted from strategic preparation and the efforts put forward by the faculty and students.
