Yoo Eun Jin wins grand prize at Geo Gift Design Ideas Contest

Yoo Eun Jin (Faculty of Industrial Design Multimedia Design major) got away with a grand prize from Geo Gift Design Ideas Contest sponsored by Jeju Tourism Authority last Wednesday (March 19, 2014).

His prize-winning design work was a Geo Patchwork.

Ko Dong Yoo (from the same majors area) and his team of collaborators won superior and merit prizes for a Geo Tumbler based on Joosang Jeolli joint columna and a Geo Cube expressing Jeju’s geological resources in hexagonal cubes, respectively.

Park Yoo Jin received a merit prize for a Geo Build design.

There were over 30 design entrees from nationwide.
