Experiencing and education in indigenous food culture offered by Seogwipo Children's Meal Center

Seogwipo Children's Meal Center (Chae In Sook, Director) operated by JNU Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation on behalf of Jeju Autonomous Government held a hands-on instruction how to manually prepare Jeju's indigenous tofu from blue colored beans.

The session was received well by the participants, as they scored a satisfaction point of 4.8 out of possible 5.0.

Last week's hands-on experiencing program was run by Ms. Yang Choon Sun; she was pleased with the responses she got from the participants. The center plans to run similar sessions in the future.
