Fish hatchery symposium held by I Have Industry Project

Jeju National University's "I Have RIS Project" (Lee Young Don, Director) held a symposium on Fish Certification and Brand Management" for sustainable fish hatchery and cultivation industry under the joint sponsorship of JNU Ocean Science Institute and Isidor Sustainable Capability Project (Yoo Byung Duk, Director). The symposium took place at Dae Myung Resort/Jochun on June 17, 2014.

The symposium program featured keynote speeches by two experts, Mr. Valeska Weymann of Colon, Germany and Mr. Le Tran Troung Thuy of Control Union Certifications Vietnam Ltd of Vietnam. In addition, other speakers from Korean fishery and food agencies contributed to the program.

At the conclusion of the symposium, Mr. Valeska Weymann of the Global GAP German Headquarter in Colon presented a certificate of  approval to the local host organization.
