Japan General Consulate in Jeju agrees with JNU for academic exchange program

Jeju National University (Huh Hyang Jin, President) agreed to promote the academic exchange program with Japan General Consulate (Hon. Michio Suzuki, Consul General) at a bipartite formality last Tuesday (June 17, 2014).

The agreement is expected to facilitate implementing such mutual collaborative projects as  international exchanges between the two nations, joint conferences and seminars, and on-site internship visitation, etc.

Joining President Huh and Consul General Suzuki for a discussion of the program implementation following the signing ceremony were Kang Young Hoon, Director of International Affairs Headquarter, Lee Chang Ik of the College of Humanities, Masao Tanikawa, Chief Consul, and Shigehara Iwamoto, Vice Consul.
