Domestic animals needing clinical attention in Woodo Island and Seogwipo got  veterinary medical care and treatments from a group of volunteer veterinary medicine students (Lee Kyung Gap, Dean of College, Veterinary Medicine) last month (June 25-27, 2014). The volunteers were out for free treatments of the animals under the program of "2014 Summer Free Animal Clinics Volunteer Activity."

Six professors, 2 staff, and 25 students of Veterinary Medicine College, in addition to 10 locally practicing veterinarians, participated in the summer program.

The volunteers treated 13 cows, 5 horses, and 170 dogs with vermicides, vaccines, and performed health check up, etc.
