JNU Western Vegetables RIS Project promoting broccoli and cabbage products at Aewol Fair

Jeju National University Western Vegetables RIS Project (Professor Lim Sang Bin, Director) set up a publicity booth to promote their products derived from broccoli and cabbages at the 7th special fair in Aewol coastal shore.

The products on display at the fair included broccoli vita C made from Jeju-produced cabbages, Hallabong broccoli drink and broccoli soy milk.

In addition, broccoli flour, broccoli soap and related cosmetics were also on the display stand at the fair.

The RIS project has been promoting cultivation and processing of western vegetables for commercial benefits. The project continues to receive funding from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy as well as from the local provincial government. It has recently been renewed starting this year.
