Dormitory cookery schedules training work

Jeju National University Dormitory (Kim Bong Ae, Head Master) invited Mr. Kang Yoon Kyu of KAL Jeju Hotel for a dormitory cookery training aimed at cooking staff of the student residence halls last Friday (August 1, 2014).

Mr. Kang earned his masters degree in food technology, and has been working as Chief of Cookery Team (Japanese food section) at KAL Hotel since 1993.

He gave instructive lessons on a variety of cooking methods at the event.
