Hyun Dong Rim wins superior poster presentation at international symposium

Hyun Dong Rim, predoctoral fellow (Professor Kang Chang Hee, supervisory mentor) with the Faculty of Chemistry and Cosmetics, JNU College of Natural Science, won a superior poster presentation award at the China-Japan-Korea Symposium on Analytical Chemistry held in Shenyang, China, last month (August 22~25, 2014).

His award winning paper was entitled ‘Composition Characteristics of PM10 and PM2.5 Fine Particulate Matters during Haze Days of 2012-2013 at Background Area of Korea’. The research presented at the symposium dealt with a chemical composition analysis of micro dust collected from high altitude monitoring stations during 2012-2013.
