'제8회 외국인 한국어 말하기 대회' 참가 접수
8th Foreigners' Korean Speaking Contest accepting entrants

Jeju National University Korean Language and Culture Center (Kang Young Bong, Director) announced that the 8th All Province Foreigners' Korean Speaking Contest to be held in Jeju Welcome Center on October 8, 2014 accepts contestants by the September 30th deadline.

The Korean speaking contest is part of the Hangeul Proclamation Day program and is supported by Jeju Provincial Government to promote for Jeju foreign residents to better understand the local culture through Korean language speaking skills.

Theme of the contest is "Korean culture and living in Korea".

Contest will be conducted separately for college and general public divisions.

Prizes: Grand, Gold, Silver, and Bronze, each coming with JNU Presidential Certificate of Award and stipends.
