JNU Law School to discuss alternative solutions to conflicts at forum

A Jeju forum to discuss alternative solutions to the regional societal conflicts has been scheduled for this Friday (13:30, September 19, 2014) organized by JNU School of Law (Ko Ho Sung, Dean) and Law and Policy Research Institute (Pyo Myeong Hwan, Director). The forum sponsored by Jeju International Free City Development Center (JDC).

The forum is expected to propose alternative solutions to the societal conflicts in Jeju through the process of presentations and discussions by the participants and speakers. Various topics within the following sessions include the role of lawyers in settling the public conflict.

◆1st issue: Jeju society and process of settling public conflicts, and other topics △2nd issue: Disputes between regional governments and societies; lawsuit cases of Jeju Province and other topics, and △3rd issue: Legal disputes in resolving public conflicts, and other topics.
