BK 해양융합사업단, 부산대 등 우수연구단과 학술교류

Joint conference held between JNU marine scientists and peer researchers

Jeju National University’s Big Data-Based Marine Convergence Expert Development Group announced Wednesday (Dec. 31) that it held an academic exchange program, titled “BIG OCEAN Conference", with researchers from other universities.

Prof. Lee Sang-hun of Pusan National University (Earth Environmental System Expert Development Group), Prof. Yang Hyun-jong of Pohang University (Intelligent Information Convergence Expert Development Group), and Prof. Kim Kyung-seop of Chungnam National University (Knowledge-Based Intelligent Environmental Management Expert Development Group) participated in the program as speakers.

Through academic exchanges between educational research groups, the universities laid the foundation for mutual exchanges on education and research to foster human resources necessary for the fourth industrial revolution.

The BIG OCEAN Conference exhibited graduate students’ posters and shared their presentations on research findings in the 2021 academic year.
