JNU Drug Safety Center to discuss drug toxicity at symposium

Jeju National University Hospital (Kang Sung Ha, Hospital Director) Regional Drug Safety Center (Lee Jae Chun, Director) under the sponsorship of Food and Drug Safety Administration and the Korea Institute of Drug Safety and Risk Management held the 2014 1st symposium on drug side effects last week (September 24, 2014).

JNU hospital officers and staff, Kim Ye Ji of KIDSRM, Kim Rosa of Hankook Hospital, Hyun Kyung Mi of Hanmaeum Hospital and Chang Young Soo of S-Jungang Hospital participated in the symposium program.

The symposium discussed several actual case of drug side effects in Jeju area, and the information is to be shared with area hospitals, according to Director Lee.
