Tamla Cultural Research Institute hosts AALA forum

Jeju National University Tamla Cultural Research Institute (Kim Dong Yoon, Director) hosted the Incheon Asia, Africa and Latin America (AALA) Literary Forum (organized by Chairman Kim Jae Yong of Wonkang University and Tamla Culture Research Institute) and "Okinawa Literature and East Asia International Conference" in JNU College of Humanities Hall #1 this week (13:00, October 8, 2014).

The event was organized to commemorate the opening of  "Jeju 4.3 Research Center" on JNU campus.

The meeting program featured talks by invited speakers Takahashi Toshio (Waseda University), Matayoshi Aike (Okinawa novelist), Kim Jae Yong (Wonkang University), Kim Dong Yoon (JNU), Huh Nam Choon (JNU), and others as panelists.

Conference participants pay a visit to Jeju 4.3 incident sites after the meeting on October 9th.
