GTU, IGT 영어수업경연대회 본선진출 팀 선발
Geography Education "Look out for Geography" team wins gold prize and advances to GTU English Teaching Contest Finals

The Jeju National University Global Teachers Project (GTU; Jun Ik Sang, Director) submitted the College of Education Geography Education proposal "Look Out for Geography" (Yang Jae Won, Kang Da Hee, and Han Hee Joo, team members) and won a gold prize at the "I am a Global Teacher" English Mock Teaching Contest

The winning program team showed the differences in thought and culture between the Orient and the Occident at the contest.

The college's Elementary Education C.T.E. team (Cho Joo Young, Yang Eun Geol and Kim Na Kyung, members) came away with a silver prize for its theme on volcanoes and earth quakes.

Both gold and silver prize winners advance to the 2014 IGT English Mock Teaching Contest national finals to be held at Kyungpook National University in Daegu next month (November 14, 2014).
