제주화력발전소, 발전기금 3천만원 전달
Jeju Thermoelectric Power Station presents 30 million won toward JNU Development Fund

President Chun Jae Soon of Jeju Thermoelectric Power Station presented a check for 30 million won to Jeju National University Development Fund.

The gift is aimed at paying for the construction of a training center within the Department of Electrical Engineering.

The fund is a compensation for the cost of operating roof-top solar energy harnessing panels on the JNU campus buildings. The power station has made commitments to provide such compensation funds totaling 450 million won for 15 years. Jeju Thermoelectric Power Station supplies 40 per cent of electricity need the Jeju province.
