Subtropical Agriculture and Life Science Project held special seminar for affiliate departments

The Jeju National University Subtropical Agriculture and Life Science Interdisciplinary Training Project (Lee Dong Sun, Director) hosted Research Scientist Kim Young Mok of Synergy Flavors Inc. and the affiliate departments to the 2014 Regional University Specialization Project (CK-1) lectureship on Monday (November 3, 2014).

The invited speaker presented the title ‘The Science behind Health Benefits of Tea Beverages' at the lectureship.

The lecture was followed by a Q&A session about food chemistry and related subjects.

The training project consists of participating academic departments and majors including Plant Natural Resources Major, Horticulture and Environment, Applied Biotechnology, Molecular Biotechnology, Animal Biotechnology, Industrial and Applied Economics, and Food Biotechnology.
