Western Vegetables Project team sets up display hall at International Food Industry Exhibit

The Jeju National University Western Vegetables RIS Project (Lim Sang Bin, Director) and its affiliate companies displayed its line of western vegetables and their processed products for advertizing and sale at the 2014 Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition (Food Week Korea 2014 event) in Seoul during November 12~15, 2014.KOREA 2014).

The western vegetable project team participated at the Seoul event in promoting its products including the affiliated companies exhibited such items as cabbage concentrates, vegetable pickles (with broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, etc), fermented vegetable hot pastes, and a few other processed products.

The JNU RIS project has been funded through grants from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Energy and Jeju Self-Governing Government Office. An online shopping mall has been operating for these products through the website, http://www.jejuecofood.com).
