여직원회의 '어려운 이웃 사랑'
JNU Women Staff Association helping neighbors in need

The Jeju National University Women Staff Association (Kang Kyung Rim, Association President) got together in the College of Education Auxiliary High School dining hall and prepared kimchi for 50 elderly persons living alone in the Ara-dong neighborhood.

The women's group was organized in 1997 for the purpose of helping the elders in need through monthly ten thousand won fund raising.

The fund has been contributed by 110 women staff members, 18 professors and 18 male staff members.

The association has used the fund to help those in need, including physically impaired and economically hardship persons and students.
