현진원 교수, 방사선 생명과학회 학술상 수상
Prof. Hyun Jin Won recognized for her contribution to nuclear biomedical science

Professor Hyun Jin Won of the JNU School of Medicine received a scholarly achievement award for her contributions to the nuclear biomedical science at the Fall meeting of the Nuclear Bio-Science Society held in Korea Institute of Nuclear Medicine in Seoul last Friday (December 5, 2014).

The award was established by the Korean Society for Nuclear Bio-Science for the purpose of activating the use and development of nuclear facility for research this year.

Professor Hyun carried out research to investigate the protective effects of Jeju biomaterials against radiation for a number of years, and currently acting as a project leader for the BK21 Plus training program funded by the Ministry of Education.
