경영정보학과, 발명대회 잇단 수상 쾌거
Management Information Department students collect prizes from invention contest

Jeju National University Management Information Department students (Hyun Jung Seok, Department Chairman) exhibited their inventive talents at a recent contest meet.

Ko Dae Hyun, Ko Hoon Chul, and Kang Sung Woon came away with a silver medal each and Lee Min Hyung earned a merit prize at the 8th Jeju Province Invention Ideas Contest. Some 578 ideas were entered at the contest.

Kim Byung Kyu and Kang Hani were gold medalists in the job incubation division whereas Lim Yong Chul, Kim Dong Beom and Kim Joo Hyun earned a bronze medal.

Lim Yong Chul, Kim Joo Hyun and Kim Dong Beom also won a merit prize at the 2014 College Creative Invention Meet sponsored by the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity to which 7990 inventors (3,961 teams) entered the competition.

A few other JNU undergraduates won prizes at various national and international scientific invention contests during this year.
