JNU Senior Classman Kwon Bo Sun receives 2014 Person of ROK award

Geology Education senior Kwon Bo Sun has been named the 2014 Person of the Republic of Korea last Tuesday (December 30, 2014).

The JNU senior received the award and 3-million won stipend from Vice Prime Minister/Minister of Education. The award program was sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the National Research Foundation of Korea at a ceremony held in Daejeon.

Kwon was recognized for his enthusiastic and spirit-uplifting activities in Korea and abroad through bicycling tours around the globe.
