제34회 백록학술상 시상
34th Baekrock Research Prizes announced

Jeju National University announced last Sunday (February 15, 2015) that Kim Ye Sa, Ko Myeong Soo and Kang Sol Ee of the College of Education Department of Sociology Education and General Sociology Majors won the 34th Baerock Research Prizes for the team's work on "Research on the process involved in selecting a Bongyae waste disposal plant site."

Ki Seung Hwan, Lee Jung Eun and Kang Hyo Hyun of the General Sociology Majors program won a merit prize for their work on a study of a model for Jeju autonomous government administration.

The two teams received presidential certificates with accompanying stipends of 700,000 and 400,000 won, respectively.

Seven teams (17 contestants) submitted 7 research papers for the contest this year.
