Jeju National University representatives will be in Hawaii to participate in the 21st Honolulu Festival-2015 during March 6 through 8. The multi-cultural festival is sponsored by Honolulu Festival Foundation.

The university group was invited to participate in the Hawaii event by Mr. Lee Duk Hee, Executive Director of the University of Hawaii Foundation.

President Huh Hyang Jin, Professor Kang Young Hoon, Director of International Affairs Headquarter, and 11 students make up the representative group at the festival where the students are scheduled to perform a show about the “Jeju Diving Women.”

During the visit, President Huh plans to sign the agreements for collaborative educational exchange programs with the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Tokai International University and Kapiolani Community College.

The JNU team returns home on March 10,  2015.
