Honorary doctorate to be conferred on Assemblyman Kim Woo Nam

Assemblyman Kim Woo Nam, Chair of the National Assembly Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry and Food Committee, will be conferred an Honorary Doctor of Agricultural Science this Wednesday (April 22, 2015), it was announced by the university yesterday.

Assemblyman Kim is being recognized with the honorary degree for his contributions to the advancement of agricultural industry not only for the region, but also for the development of agricultural businesses at the national level.

The doctorate honoree has earned praises for his 6-year term as Chair of the important agricultural committee in the assembly.

Degree conferment will be conducted in International Affairs Center Hall at 14:00, Wednesday, this week.
