President Huh elected as 5th President of Open Cyber University Consortium

President Huh Hyang Jin of Jeju National University was elected as the 5th President of Open Cyber University Consortium Cyber Campus at the 20th annual meeting of the OCU consortium in Jeju Grand Hotel last Thursday (April 30, 2015). His presidential term is 2 years.

As the head of the OCU consortium, he will exercise a leading role in all administrative and policy-making decisions.

Open Cyber University Consortium was established in 1997 when its membership include 12 universities and 2 organizations. Currently, 44 universities in the country operate a cyber university, respectively, annually offering over 400 lectureships to 12,000 (120,000 cumulatively) students.
