Two subtropical research institutes establish joint working relationship

Jeju National University’s two research institutes sharing overlapping scientific interest, Subtropical Agriculture and Life Science Fusion Project Training Center (Lee Dong Sun, Director) and Subtropical Horticulture Research Institute (Lee Hyo Yeon, Director) agreed to work together by establishing the collaborative working relationship between the two programs last Friday (May 8, 2015).

The bilateral agreement aims at facilitating collaborations in education, training and research in the area of subtropical agriculture and horticulture.

The Agriculture and Life Science Fusion Project is funded by the Ministry of Education for the purpose of training professionals in the development of regional industry (Clean Health Food).
