재일 이시향 명예박사, 발전기금 5천만원 전달
Hon. Dr. Lee Shi Hyang contributes 50 million won to University development fund

Hon. Dr. Lee Shi Hyang, businessman residing in Japan, presented a check for fifty million won to President Huh Hyang Jin for the development of university last Wednesday (May 13, 2015).

Dr. Lee’s latest gift to the university adds to the total amount of 1.71 billion won since 2010.

In presenting the donation, Dr. Lee promised to continue his support for the development of his native land. He heads two corporations in Japan, World Trade, Ltd and Dakara Company.

He has been active in Jeju immigrant affairs in Japan, particularly in Tokyo metropolitan area.
