캡스톤디자인 대상에 '돌코롱팀'
"Dol Kolon Team" wins Capstone Design Grand Prize

Jeju National University Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation Project (LINC, Lee Sang Baek, Director) awarded the Grand Prize to “Dol Kolon Team” (Cultural Plastic Art Design majors Yang Yeon Jung, Ko Moon Seok, Yang Young Jo, Lee Yeok, Kim Jin Hee, Bhoo Ji Yeon and Shin Yoon Ji, team members) at the 2015 Spring Semester Capstone Design Contest held in Jeju Grand Hotel on Monday, June 8.

The “Pick Up Team” (Department of Management’s Kang Chul Woong, Computer Engineering’s Lee Sang Rae, Lee Jin Hyung, Park Yoo Bin and Lee Na Rae, team members) and the “Hwang Chil Team” (Department of Food Technology’s Park So Young, Kim Dong Sun and Shin Ho Bin, team members) were presented Superior Design Prizes.

This year’s contest is the sixth in the biannual series of competitive exhibitions of students’ design works, and some of them were adopted for commercial applications by the affiliate industrial businesses through an auction process.

As the results of the auction, 16 corporations proposed to invest 22 million won in 19 items submitted by 17 teams.
